Welcome to Aequus Play (“Aequus Play Limited,” “Aequus Play,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use and Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Aequus Play platform and related services (the “Platform”).
The Platform allows users to host and participate in skill-based gaming competitions (“Competitions”) to earn virtual rewards (“Coins”) that may later be converted into cash through approved payment channels.
By creating an account or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy (collectively, the “Agreement”).

By registering, you warrant that you are legally permitted to participate in skill-based competitions in your jurisdiction.
Aequus Play offers skill-based competitions only. Success in any Competition is determined solely by the user’s skill, knowledge, or performance—not by chance or random outcome.
No form of gambling, betting, or lottery is offered or permitted on the Platform.
Coins won in Competitions can be converted into cash and withdrawn using approved payment processors. Conversion and withdrawal are subject to applicable fees, verification, and compliance checks.
Aequus Play charges a 6% platform fee on all deposits, withdrawals, or cash-convertible transactions. Third-party payment processors may charge additional fees beyond our control.
All cash withdrawals are processed through third-party payment processors that handle KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and fraud checks.
Withdrawals may be delayed or denied if verification fails or if you are located in a restricted region. Aequus Play is not responsible for any errors, delays, or restrictions imposed by payment processors.
Aequus Play does not store or process card or bank information. All payments, deposits, and withdrawals are managed by regulated third-party processors.
You agree to comply with their respective terms of service and verification requirements. Failure to complete verification may result in account suspension, withdrawal cancellation, or forfeiture of funds.
Skill-based competitions are not lawful everywhere. You are solely responsible for ensuring your participation complies with the laws of your country or state.
Paid Competitions are not available to users who are located in, resident in, or accessing the Platform from any restricted jurisdiction ("Restricted Jurisdictions").

This list may be updated from time to time. Aequus Play reserves the right to restrict access to the Platform, suspend or close accounts, cancel participation in Paid Competitions, or refuse withdrawals where users are located in Restricted Jurisdictions.
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are not accessing the Platform from, and are not resident in, a Restricted Jurisdiction.
When registering for the Platform, users must declare their country and, where applicable, their state or city of residence. Initial access to certain Platform features may be based on this self-certified information.
Final eligibility to participate in Paid Competitions and to withdraw funds is subject to verification. Aequus Play may verify a user's location through KYC checks, payment method verification, IP analysis, or other reasonable measures.
Where a user is found to be located in a Restricted Jurisdiction, Aequus Play reserves the right to restrict access to the Platform, suspend or terminate the user's account, cancel participation in Paid Competitions, and/or refuse withdrawals.
Violations may result in immediate suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action.
Aequus Play may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your account without notice if:

Aequus Play does not provide tax advice and is not liable for your tax obligations.
All content, software, trademarks, and designs on Aequus Play are the exclusive property of Aequus Play Limited.
You may not copy, modify, reproduce, or exploit any material without prior written consent.
Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Aequus Play makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

Users outside the UK agree that it is their sole responsibility to ensure their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms at any time.
Changes take effect upon posting on our website. Continued use of the Platform after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aequus Play Limited regarding your use of the Platform.
